1. Late 2022

   The questions begin

   Our interdisciplinary founding team forms, bringing behavioural science and emerging generative AI together to explore how artificial agents might help researchers understand human behaviour.

2. Early 2023

   First her prototype

   Panalogy develops as a dedicated R&D studio and releases the first prototype of her, exploring contextual conversational AI.

3. Mid 2023

   First SurveyLM prototype

   Early work on synthetic populations and behavioural agents becomes a practical platform for surveys and experiments.

4. 2024

   From research into systems

   First research publications using our tools. Work expands into reusable platforms, knowledge systems and applied collaborations.

5. Late 2024

   Inductive accelerator

   Panalogy joins the Inductive accelerator program, developing the path from promising research to practical applications.

6. 2025

   Broader applications

   Behavioural AI, knowledge graphs and data science increasingly connect with real organisational problems.

7. Late 2025

   Icebreaker production pilot

   A virtual production supervisor pilot brings operational knowledge, behavioural twin technology and agentic AI into a food and beverage manufacturing environment.

8. Early–mid 2026

   Agent Rung in the field

   Pilots and field testing explore control-system health checks and fault investigation across energy, manufacturing and infrastructure services.

9. 2026

   A wider field of application

   Expanded simulation capabilities, enterprise AI roadmaps and new directions in sport and entertainment extend the reusable technology and R&D ecosystem.

The common thread remains the same: understand the system more deeply, then build something useful from that understanding.
