about
Our mission
Build better AI by understanding people, systems and context more deeply.
We want to build AI that is useful because it understands more of the world in which it operates.
Panalogy began from a simple observation: many difficult AI problems are not purely technical. They involve people, organisations, knowledge, behaviour, relationships, context and systems that change over time.
That is why our work combines technical AI development with behavioural science, systems thinking, engineering and empirical research.
What guides us
- Science first
- We draw on research rather than treating every new AI capability as established fact.
- Human centred
- AI should augment people’s ability to understand and act, not obscure how decisions are being made.
- Context matters
- A behaviour, data point or technical signal rarely means the same thing in every environment.
- Exploration before certainty
- Some of the most useful work begins by testing an idea, learning quickly and discovering what the real problem actually is.
- Build something real
- Where the evidence supports it, we want research to move beyond discussion into prototypes, systems and tools people can actually use.
