The challenge
A large plant with more than 100 controllers needed a practical starting point for investigating a control-system fault. The relevant evidence was spread across connected devices, fault history and program logic.
What we tested
Agent Rung was installed locally in the operator workstation environment. Device discovery brought the control network into view, then the investigation connected the fault history to the relevant control code.
What the recorded analysis showed

- The analysis exposed a limit of 15 alongside a counter reading of 5,734, identifying a concrete mismatch for the engineer to investigate.

- It connected insert/delete behaviour with a routine that cleared the fault.

What this demonstrates
The field test shows how discovery, code interpretation and fault evidence can support a more focused engineering investigation. The engineer can move between a plain-language account and the technical evidence behind it.
